Here are some tips to keep your handmade brooms fresh and functional for years to come:
- Always hang by its hanger, or stand it brush head end up
- Never stand or store it on its bristles
- If your broom gets wet, hang it in a well ventilated area to dry
- Always store away from direct sunlight
- Depending on the handle finish, renew with linseed oil or wax from time to time
- Never feed your broom after midnight
