Made using traditional pre-industrial techniques, each broom is crafted from natural broomcorn - a material that responds beautifully to a little attention. Follow these tips to keep your handmade broom fresh, functional, and sweeping well for years to come.

• Do not store your broom outdoors, even under cover, even in summer
• Always hang by its hanger, or stand it brush head end up
• Never stand or store it on its bristles
  
• To straighten bent ends, dip into warm water for an hour and reshape by hand, hanging to dry
  
• To condition and prevent brittle ends, occasionally dip in warm water and hang to dry
• Always store in a moisture free, well ventilated area to dry
• Store away from direct sunlight to prevent discolouration
• If mould or mildew appears on the bristles, wipe clean with a cloth dipped in vinegar and water solution
