Shipping policy
UK Delivery Only
Bristol Broomworks delivers within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland or internationally.
Delivery Cost
UK delivery is included in the price of every item. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Dispatch Times
Dispatch times vary by product type — please check the individual product listing before purchasing.
- Ready to Ship items are dispatched within 1–3 working days of your order
- Made to Order items are dispatched within 4–6 weeks of your order
During busy periods (October–December), please allow additional time. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact me at hello@bristolbroomworks.com before ordering and I will do my best to help.
Delivery Method
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracked services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery
Please allow 2–3 working days for delivery after dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. I cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
Undelivered Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with collection or redelivery instructions. Parcels not collected within the specified timeframe will be returned to me. I will contact you to arrange redelivery — please note that additional postage charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact me at hello@bristolbroomworks.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost items) or receipt (for damaged items). Please include your order number and photographs where applicable.
