This full headed hearth broom with woven top is one of a kind and available now. The broom pictured is the broom the buyer will receive.

Please indicate at check out how many stitched rows your would like to add (I would recommend three for a broom head this size) and whether you want it left long or trimmed straight (you can also do this yourself).

A Heritage Craft Hearth Broom for Modern Life

Perfect for smaller spaces where beauty meets function; hearths, wood stoves, camper vans, art studios, kitchen floors, tents, workshops, conservatories, mudrooms, and anywhere you'd use a full sized broom but don't need the full length.

Handcrafted using pre-industrial heritage craft methods still practised by broom makers around the world. This hand broom features a turned construction, hand woven grip in the Appalachian style and sewn flat in Shaker style. A surprisingly durable, efficient and beautiful broom

The timeless broom shape remains in use across the globe, adapted with regional materials but virtually unchanged in its essential design.

Materials: Natural broomcorn (sorghum), pine handle, double twist polytwine in black, leather hanging loop, vintage triple moon horse brass and gold plated star charm.

Dimensions: Approximately 125cm x 32 cm x 7cm D and weighs 1kg

About Bristol Broomworks: A self-taught broom maker, Jamie Dun and ties small batches of brooms and brushes in a barn loft on a Somerset flower farm. Each broom is made one at a time, without electricity or machinery. Recognised by Country Living magazine as one of the 40 Best Artisans 2025.
